Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Dearlie account and data at any time, directly in the app.

Delete in the app

1. Open Dearlie and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name and email).
• The notes you created and their rendered images.
• Your pairing link and invite codes.
• Your push notification tokens.

Deleting your account also dissolves your pairing. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or accounting reasons; backups are purged on a rolling basis. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention.

Canceling your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. To stop future charges, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Dearlie on your iPhone and cancel there.

If you can't access the app, email desmond@mouss.ac from the address associated with your account and we'll process your deletion request.
